We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and manage financial reporting for a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will focus on ensuring accurate general ledger processes, timely financial statement preparation, and robust internal controls. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role plays a critical part in the company's overall financial processes.

Responsibilities
General Ledger & Consolidation: Manage the integrity of general ledger operations, including entity-level consolidations.
Close Processes: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to meet internal and external deadlines.
Financial Reporting: Prepare internal and external financial statements with variance analysis and provide insights into key financial metrics.
Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for external audits, maintaining audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Reconciliations: Review key account reconciliations, including Lease Accelerator and revenue recognition accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Intercompany Transactions: Oversee intercompany activities and drive process efficiencies.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, promoting best practices and rigorous financial discipline.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with an emphasis in accounting.
A minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting, general ledger, or related functions.
CPA designation preferred; public accounting experience strongly valued.
Deep understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing multi-entity systems.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to think analytically.
Preferred Skills
Experience implementing or improving financial processes across multiple entities or within complex organizational structures.
Industry experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
