Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role involves overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure smooth operational flow. As this is a long-term contract position, we are seeking a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and experience in warehouse coordination

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet operational deadlines.

• Supervise the inspection of incoming materials for quality and compliance.

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accurate tracking and storage.

• Facilitate annual inventory processes, ensuring all records are up-to-date.

• Collaborate with Coworkers and team members

• Track and manage tools and equipment to ensure proper utilization and accountability.

• Implement process improvements

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools for documentation and communication.

• Proven experience in coordination or warehouse coordinating

• Strong ability to coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise for communication and documentation.

• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Ability to conduct inspections and resolve issues related to incoming materials.

• Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards.
