Install Logistics Coordinator (Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical)
Location: Nampa, ID | Full-Time | Department: Operations

Our Install Logistics Coordinator is the organizational backbone of the install process. This role ensures that every job is properly staged, scheduled, and tracked so that projects stay on schedule and our customers receive five-star service from start to finish.
Schedule
✅ Assist in coordinating install schedules with Project Manager, Dispatch, and crews
✅ Verify that parts, equipment, and purchase orders are staged correctly before jobs start
✅ Maintain job files, permits, inspection tracking, and compliance records
✅ Update job progress in ServiceTitan and track staging accuracy (training provided)
✅ Serve as a communication hub between managers, dispatchers, CSRs, shop staff, and accounting
✅ Support the accounting team with documentation and updates to ensure projects are billed and collected in full
✅ Provide weekly staging, scheduling, and completion reports to leadership
✅ Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

Schedule
- Monday - Friday (full-time office/shop-based role)
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Sundays off (reserved for God & family)

✅ Maintain job files, permits, inspection tracking, and compliance records

Who You Are
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A strong communicator (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required)
- Teachable, coachable, and eager to learn company processes
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or scheduling/logistics
- Previous administrative or coordination background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
