Loan Processor - Support

We are looking for a dedicated Loan Processor to join our team in the Bridgewater NJ area. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing loan documentation, processing payments, and ensuring refunds are handled accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in loan administration and mortgage processing.

Responsibilities:

• Process loan documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Handle payment transactions and refunds efficiently, maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan operations.

• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to loan processing.

• Monitor loan statuses and update databases as required.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to loans and payments.

• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in loan processing.

• Support the loan origination and closing processes with thorough attention to detail.

• Proven experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, SBA or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of loan origination and closing procedures.

• Familiarity with mortgage lending practices and regulations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with teams and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in loan processing.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work.
