- Mortgage Broker: Exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company with several unique programs including grants for First Time and First Generation Home Buyers. Foreclosure rescue programs. FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, 203K, etc.
- Real Estate Affiliation: Work alongside a team of over 100 real estate professionals.
- Advanced Technology: Utilize Arive, a cloud based processing system.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Mortgage Processing: Assist with processing mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Closing: Assist in the closing process and clearing title conditions.
- Training and Development: Train staff as needed and enhance team capabilities.
- Growth Opportunities: Potential for career advancement within our expanding company.
- General Administration
- Bonus: Per Closed File
Qualifications:
- Broker Environment Experience: Must have experience working in a broker environment.
- In-Depth Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of mortgage processing.
- Notary Public: If you are a notary public, that is a plus.
- Location: Must reside within a commutable distance (no more than 45 minutes) from our office in Belle Mead, NJ.
- On-Site Position: This is not a work-from-home position; you will be working on-site.
