Robert Half is partnering with a client on a specialized legal research initiative and is seeking a Florida-barred attorney with deep expertise in Trusts & Estates, particularly in fiduciary litigation and contested matters.

Project Details

• Start Date: November 2025
• Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)
• Compensation: $40/hour
• Location: Fully remote
• Weekly Commitment: 10–15 hours

Key Responsibilities

The selected attorney will:

• Draft and annotate pleadings, settlement agreements, and related documents for fiduciary litigation, guardianship proceedings, and other contested matters.
• Create and revise practical guidance articles focused on Florida probate, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship law.
• Develop checklists, charts, and other actionable resources tailored to contested Trusts & Estates issues.
• Enhance existing materials with Florida-specific insights based on state law, local practices, and professional experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida Trusts & Estates law, including:
• Drafting estate planning documents
• Handling probate administration
• Managing fiduciary litigation and guardianship proceedings
• Strong legal writing, editing, and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (including track changes) and online legal research tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently

• J.D. from an accredited law school
