Responsibilities:
• Track, label, and organize inventory items manually, ensuring materials are accurately sorted and matched to SKUs provided by management.
• Verify all incoming supplies are properly labeled and stored systematically on shelves, pallets, or in bags.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations governing inventory standards.
• Utilize spreadsheets in Excel to cross-check inventory data and ensure accuracy.
• Perform manual tasks such as sorting, bagging, tagging, and organizing items on shelves.
• Attend daily team meetings to plan and coordinate tasks for the day ahead.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse manager and team members to maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols, including team lifting for heavier items and wearing appropriate attire for the warehouse environment.
• Adhere to strict handling and security standards for inventory in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in using Excel for inventory tracking and analysis is preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and organizing materials.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn compliance protocols related to inventory in regulated industries.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable with a proactive approach to work.
• Physical stamina for standing, sitting, and moving throughout the day.
• Experience with inventory auditing, reconciliation, or planning is a plus.
