Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing shipping operations and ensuring accurate inventory counts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior shipping experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including creating FedEx and UPS shipping labels.

• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and maintain proper stock levels.

• Organize and oversee shipping operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure successful delivery and resolve any logistical issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

• Utilize shipping software and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

• Proven experience in shipping operations, including creating and managing shipping labels.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and other shipping platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately conduct inventory counts and maintain records.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
• Proficiency in using shipping-related software and inventory management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
