• Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to uphold financial integrity.
• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead financial statement audits, coordinating with external auditors.
• Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Workday Financial Management for efficient financial operations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting procedures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Expertise in month-end close and general ledger processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Workday Financial Management and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of journal entries and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
