A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Inside Sales individual to provide administrative and operational support for our outside sales team. This on-site position focuses on lead management, research, customer follow-ups, and technical coordination to ensure regional sales teams operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to engage with customers in a detail oriented manner. The ideal candidate would be available between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm for potential to between shifts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to regionalized outside sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication. Utilize company chat features and inbox for task coordination and correspondence. Lead Management & Generation: Conduct company research to identify prospective customers and opportunities. Follow up on sales leads, including those from trade shows, ensuring no leads are neglected or go cold. Generate new leads for the sales team as needed. Customer Outreach: Engage in warm calls with customers to foster relationships and advance the lead generation process, particularly following trade show events. Technical Coordination: Leverage technical aptitude and background for research, data preparation, and communication. Utilize tools to track and manage leads effectively. Follow-Up Activities: Track and follow up on projects or leads that require additional attention or have fallen behind schedule.
