Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local and senior leadership to build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Lead employee relations and labor relations efforts, ensuring fair and consistent policy application.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Guide supervisors and managers in performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Conduct and document workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee benefits communication, leave administration, and employee engagement activities.
- Support leadership development, training initiatives, and process improvement.
- Collaborate to align site practices with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations, labor relations, investigations, and performance issues with tact and integrity.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
