We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our HR functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective administration of personnel policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance with state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture while driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues and fostering a positive and productive environment.• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.• Lead labor relations activities, including negotiations and arbitration processes.• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.• Ensure compliance with equal opportunity, affirmative action, unemployment compensation, and workers’ compensation regulations.• Supervise payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.• Utilize HRIS systems to streamline HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.• Provide strategic HR advice to leadership to support organizational objectives.• Union and Non Profit Experience is highly preferred• Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor laws.• Expertise in managing compensation and benefits programs.• Proficiency with HRIS systems and their applications.• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to lead negotiations and manage arbitration processes effectively.• Experience in onboarding and employee training programs.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
