Human Resources (HR) Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our team in West Sacramento, California. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, driving HR initiatives and ensuring organizational compliance with employment laws and policies. This position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster employee engagement.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations.
• Manage benefits administration, ensuring employees understand and utilize available programs effectively.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to streamline data management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, union agreements, and other labor regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote skill development and compliance awareness.
• Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of benefits management and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with wage and hour laws, union regulations, and labor compliance standards.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive investigations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration.
• Experience in onboarding processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
