The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage timesheets for approximately 70 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.• Utilize HR platforms, such as Paycom, to streamline administrative and payroll functions.• Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting workplace engagement.• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training are completed.• Administer benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and related questions.• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.• Provide support at the front desk and handle administrative tasks as needed.• Collaborate with other departments to address operational needs and ensure smooth communication.• Manage HRIS systems to organize data and improve efficiency.• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.• Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate across diverse teams.• Proven experience in HR administration, including payroll and employee relations.• Familiarity with HRIS systems and platforms such as Paycom.• Knowledge of benefits administration and onboarding processes.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR functions.
