• Administer and maintain HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance with policies.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and streamline recruitment processes.
• Provide guidance on compliance issues, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
• Support employee communication initiatives to foster engagement and transparency.
• Manage reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of HR functions within organizational workflows.
• Assist with onboarding and training programs to enhance employee experience.
• Implement and monitor HR strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other HR platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with auditing and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
