HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote based role that may require travel to the central Virginia office once a month for team meetings. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts for high-priority positions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in human resources looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a three to six month contract position offering an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Identify and attract top talent for sales, business, and customer service-based roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline hiring workflows.

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the hiring process.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment.

• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.

• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and tools.

• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS'.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
