HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a team in Ambler, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, starting onsite and transitioning to a hybrid schedule after onboarding. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, driven to succeed, and skilled in managing full cycle recruiting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient hiring processes.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.

• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster a positive recruitment experience.

• Monitor industry trends to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of Office Suite tools for reporting and communication purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and best practices in recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• A detail-oriented and driven attitude with a passion for talent acquisition.
