HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Marlton, New Jersey. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruiting efforts and play a key part in attracting top talent to our organization. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews.

• Extend employment offers and oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for onboarding employees.

• Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings.

• Ensure an engaging and well-organized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and challenges.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and sourcing techniques.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with business casual dress codes and workplace etiquette.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.

• Availability to work onsite in Marlton, New Jersey for a 32-hour work week.
