Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal networks to attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate information.
• Leverage well-connected networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct background checks and gather necessary documentation from candidates.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
• Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in manufacturing and trucking, to better align recruitment efforts with business needs.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing or trucking industries.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Paycor for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong network, particularly within the local area, is highly desirable.
• Business attire or business casual attire is required for this on-site role.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently while contributing to the team.
