You’ll be the go-to champion for all things benefits and compliance in our company. Employees will sing your praises, managers will lean on your expertise, and open enrollment will become a stress-free masterpiece under your watch. Here’s how you’ll make magic happen:

• Open Enrollment Rockstar: Lead the showstopper event of the year—open enrollment! From managing timelines and choosing plans to translating benefits jargon into plain English, you’ll make the process straightforward, seamless, and well-communicated.
• Benefits Know-It-All: Be the ultimate resource for employees navigating their benefit options. Resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance that empowers everyone to make informed decisions.
• Compliance Maestro: Stay ahead of (and actually enjoy) all those acronyms—ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA—because you know rules are meant to be followed, not feared. You’ll ensure policies are airtight and audits are a breeze.
• Vendor Relationship Mastermind: Build collaborative relationships with benefit providers to ensure smooth operations, quick solutions, and the occasional juicy deal.
• Employee Communication Guru: Craft training sessions, webinars, and educational materials so approachable, people will stop dreading the topic of benefits entirely.
  

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and technology used for benefits and compliance management
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, showcasing expertise in human resources functions
• Experience organizing employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives is highly desirable
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with HR staff, managers, and external vendors
