Our client in the Edison area is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team! This is a fully in-office position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and grow within an organization.

About the Role:

As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the right hand to leadership, supporting day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to take the next step in their HR career.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care
• Administer employee benefits and insurance programs
• Run and analyze HR reports (Paylocity experience a plus)
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal communications
• Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 4 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy, with comfort navigating HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
• Solid understanding of benefits and HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fully in-office environment
