Our client in the Edison area is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team! This is a fully in-office position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and grow within an organization.
About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the right hand to leadership, supporting day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to take the next step in their HR career.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care
- Administer employee benefits and insurance programs
- Run and analyze HR reports (Paylocity experience a plus)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal communications
- Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, with comfort navigating HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Solid understanding of benefits and HR compliance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fully in-office environment
