Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, values, and long-term objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience.
