Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web technologies, including React and Next.js, and will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining web applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern full-stack frameworks and technologies such as React and Next.js.
• Design and implement efficient and scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and functionality.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging web development trends and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and practices.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of project timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks, including React.js.
• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Next.js and other advanced web development tools.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating within a team environment.
• Prior experience in a similar full-stack web development role.
