This is a full desk recruiting role that combines sourcing and recruiting IT talent with client-facing sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, enjoys building relationships, and brings a passion for finding solutions for both candidates and clients.Responsibilities:As an Full Desk Technology Recruiter, you will:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (50% of role):Source Candidates: Identify and attract highly skilled IT professionals using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and Robert Half Technology’s proprietary tools Candidate Engagement: Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and skill evaluations.Support Candidate Lifecycle: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience Build Talent Pipelines: Maintain relationships with IT professionals to ensure a strong talent pool for client needs.Business Development & Client Sales (50% of role):Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through outbound sales calls, meetings, and networking events. Build relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to understand their hiring needs.Job Order Fulfillment: Develop detailed job descriptions with clients and propose recruitment strategies to fill their open roles quickly and efficiently.Account Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to your client portfolio, helping them solve workforce challenges with Robert Half’s IT staffing solutions
