Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Monroe, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of financial record-keeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain precise financial records.
• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including processing and reporting, using Paylocity.
• Utilize QuickBooks and cloud ERP systems to maintain and update financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making and compliance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and secure records of all financial transactions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to improve financial procedures.
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and cloud ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and managing payroll.
• Familiarity with Paylocity or comparable payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
