• Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating calendars as needed.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution and tracking.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic administrative software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
