WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
- You're the first face families see: greeting patients, checking them in, keeping the flow of a busy, happy office moving
- You call new families back the same day they reach out (this matters to us, a lot)
- You help patients stay on track with their care plans: scheduling, reminders, friendly accountability
- You keep the front desk humming: payments, paperwork, and the little details that make the office feel effortless
- You celebrate wins with patients; progress milestones are a big deal around here
YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE IF YOU

- Are the friend who remembers birthdays and follows through on what you say
