FP&A Manager

A fast-growing, private equity–backed multi-site healthcare organization is seeking an FP& A Manager to join its dynamic finance team. With over 200 locations across multiple states and almost half a billion dollars in annual revenue, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, data-driven environment with visibility to senior leadership.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across business units
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering development and accountability
• Provide strategic decision support through modeling, scenario analysis, and performance insights
• Partner with operational, clinical, and corporate leaders to drive business performance
• Deliver executive-level reporting and analysis for the CFO, CEO, and Director of FP& A
  

🛠 What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of progressive FP& A or financial analysis experience
• 2 years in a leadership or people management role
• Advanced Excel skills (assessment required – open book) and strong financial modeling ability
• Experience in multi-unit, healthcare, or PE-backed environments is a strong plus
• Proficiency with Power BI, Adaptive (Workday), and HFM preferred
