Financial Reporting Manager

We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is 100% remote, and focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for our organization. Ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in financial management and reporting systems, as well as a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize Workday Financial Management and Workday ERP systems to optimize reporting workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data.

• Leverage tools such as Workiva and Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency and data visualization.

• Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure adherence to all financial reporting requirements and assist with audits as needed.

• Drive improvements in reporting processes to achieve greater accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in reporting activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and management roles.

• Proficiency in preparing form 990.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management and Workday ERP systems.

• Familiarity with Workiva and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.

• Strong understanding of annual financial reporting requirements and compliance standards.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing financial data.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
