Financial Reporting Manager

We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is 100% remote, and focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for our organization. Please apply today!Responsibilities:• Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.• Utilize Workday Financial Management and Workday ERP systems to optimize reporting workflows.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data.• Leverage tools such as Workiva and Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency and data visualization.• Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends and provide actionable insights.• Ensure adherence to all financial reporting requirements and assist with audits as needed.• Drive improvements in reporting processes to achieve greater accuracy and efficiency.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in reporting activities.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and management roles.• Proficiency in preparing form 990. • Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management and Workday ERP systems.• Familiarity with Workiva and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.• Strong understanding of annual financial reporting requirements and compliance standards.• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing financial data.• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
