Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle critical financial tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis, while working across multiple systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis and accounting, paired with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.Responsibilities:• Perform accurate and efficient data entry and reconciliation across multiple systems, including Sage Intacct, Scoro, and Excel.• Analyze financial data, including revenue and expense reports, to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.• Manage and integrate data within various applications and platforms to support seamless operations.• Conduct detailed accounting tasks, such as expense tracking and revenue analysis.• Collaborate with team members to support financial implementations and system integrations.• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to organize, analyze, and report financial metrics.• Provide expertise in financial workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during financial operations.• Apply knowledge of Sage Intacct and other tools to streamline financial tasks and reporting.• Proven experience in financial analysis and data reconciliation.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data organization.• Familiarity with Sage Intacct and project management tools like Scoro is preferred.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with complex financial data.• Experience in handling system integrations and implementations.• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting financial findings.
