Robert Half is searching for a Financial Analyst for a local organization. The ideal Financial Analyst should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with financial analysis. The Financial Analyst can be someone who is an Accountant who performs analytics as part of their job that wants to move to a more analytics driven role.

This role is a 4-day work week with Fridays off!!!!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Prepare accurate expense reports and monitor financial performance against budgets.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing relevant data and analysis.

• Participate in initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

• Budgeting and expense reporting experience

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
