About the Role:
As an Expense Auditor, you will thoroughly review expense reports and service partner invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper categorization. With a focus on auditing financial transactions, you'll ensure all processes adhere to client policies and IRS guidelines while helping employees relocate smoothly. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Review and audit expense reports submitted by relocating employees and identify any discrepancies or non-compliance with client policies.
- Double-check coding accuracy prior to releasing data to payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Process invoices from service partners and maintain detailed financial procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely reimbursements and payments.
- Conduct research, solve compliance-related issues, and adapt procedures as necessary.
- Assist with other tasks as needed within the expense team or as assigned by managers.
