Director of Finance And Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director / Senior Manager with deep Record-to-Report (R2R) and Gross-to-Net (GtN) expertise for a 6-month project with one of our clients. This role will lead key revenue accounting processes, strengthen governance, and drive operational excellence across financial operations.

What You’ll Do

Gross-to-Net Ownership, Governance & Financial Reporting

• Lead the end-to-end GtN accounting process, including governance over accrual methodologies, assumptions, and calculation models.
• Establish and maintain strong documentation standards, controls, and audit-ready support for accrual processes aligned with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Drive consistency and accuracy in reserves for rebates, chargebacks, returns, discounts, and other sales deductions across products and customer channels.
• Partner with Commercial, Trade, ICS, and Model N teams to validate model inputs and outputs, ensuring data integrity and timely execution.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end close deliverables—journal entries, reconciliations, true-ups, variance explanations, and Balance Sheet reviews.

Operational Leadership

• Apply strong R2R expertise using Oracle and Blackline to support month-end and operational accounting activities.
• Lead initiatives to improve reconciliation quality, strengthen support for key accounting judgments, and introduce desktop automation to streamline recurring tasks.
• Support the transition of transactional work to our Global Business Services (GBS) team, ensuring a smooth and well-controlled migration.
