A growing company in the Parsippany area is looking for a Global Procurement Director to join their team. This Global Procurement Director will get the chance to lead global sourcing and supplier strategy for MRO, automotive parts, and vended maintenance across hundreds of rental locations. This Global Procurement Director will also drive end-to-end category strategies that deliver cost savings, supplier performance, and operational excellence. Partner closely with regional procurement, operations, and finance teams to standardize global practices, optimize supply chains and inventory, and manage risk across a fragmented supplier base. Own supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, KPI tracking, and compliance to sourcing strategies while mitigating cost, labor, and supply-chain risks.

- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and SRM to deliver sustainable cost savings, service excellence, and quality performance

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
