Digital Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of web development and integration projects within a cross-functional environment. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact digital initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams. While remote work is available, preference will be given to candidates able to commute to Stamford, Connecticut as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through successful implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute web development and digital integration projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Organize and lead project calls, providing day-to-day direction for resources and teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and budgets.
• Implement effective change management strategies throughout project execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as Visio, Excel, Word, and other relevant platforms to drive project success.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital and web development projects.
• Strong familiarity with APIs and digital asset management systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Expertise in project management planning tools such as Project, Smartsheet, and others.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting project plans to stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to and manage change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools like Visio, Excel, and Word.
