Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where attention to detail and organizational skills are key. Responsibilities:
• Input and manage data across multiple screens and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data entry tasks for the Medical Billing Department, ensuring all information is correctly captured.
• Support billing operations by entering and updating records in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members to address questions and follow directions effectively.
• Assist with in-house billing processes, adapting to changes in software systems as needed.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet training and operational needs.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide reliable support during staff absences to ensure continued workflow.
• Proven experience in data entry, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in working with computer systems and multiple screens simultaneously.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with medical billing processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to follow instructions and ask relevant questions.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including early hours for training.
• Capability to adapt to changing systems and procedures.
