Customer Service rep

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oakland, California. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow within a collaborative and supportive small business environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to approximately 15 inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide support to Spanish-speaking cleaning teams, including communication, reading, and writing in Spanish.
• Utilize basic computer skills for typing, printing, and navigating simple systems.
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to schedule changes when covering for colleagues.
• Deliver superior customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute beyond core responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for all client interactions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by supporting team goals.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client and team interactions effectively.
• Basic computer literacy, including typing, printing, and navigating simple systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or scheduling roles.
• Ability to adapt to schedule flexibility and occasional early shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a focus on detail and quality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to contribute beyond core duties in a team-oriented environment.
