Order Management Lead

Order Management Lead- PERMANENT position!

Location: Ansonia, CT Area- potential to work 1x week from home. (MUST LIVE LOCAL to be considered)

Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits Package

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist/Lead to join our client's team in the Ansonia market. This is a full-time position is responsible for managing all aspects of domestic and international customer order processing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling complex discrepancies while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, both domestic and international
• Serve as the key point of contact for internal teams and external customers
• Lead resolution of escalated and complex order discrepancies
• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate shipping logistics and documentation to meet diverse requirements
• Oversee and improve pricing accuracy and order entry processes
• Track and analyze monthly goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational flow
• Maintain and utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for reporting and management

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume order processing role, in a large company environment
• Proven experience in managing escalated customer service or order issues
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and process-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $90,000, depending on experience
