The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. This is a sales focused position, earning $65K per year pending performance. They ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction. The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service.
Essential Functions:
- Generate bids based on customer inquiries.
- Calculate and process orders accurately.
- Schedule orders and ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
- Utilize company-provided resources to identify new customers and job opportunities.
- Complete additional duties or tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience is a plus.
- Strong sales, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
