Customer Care Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and engagement with our services. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

• Oversee construction-related tasks and collaborate with teams to meet project goals.

• Develop and maintain master schedules for various projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Organize and scan documents to maintain accurate digital records.

• Assist in project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting progress.

• Provide outstanding customer care by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

• Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

• Support administrative tasks to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.

• Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules.
• Familiarity with construction projects and related processes.
• Strong organizational skills, including document scanning and record-keeping.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, during Central, Mountain, or Pacific hours.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and project management software.
