What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at Robert Half?

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team in Lincoln, Nebraska. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our Engineering and Information Technology teams while enhancing the Talent Acquisition process through innovative strategies and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive and consultative approach to recruiting, as well as a commitment to delivering measurable results that align with organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to company objectives.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and drive team success.

• Identify top talent for critical roles within Engineering and Information Technology functions.

• Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

• Share innovative ideas and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.

• Develop and implement programs that support business needs from a talent perspective.

• Foster teamwork within the HR organization by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Apply a consultative and sales-driven approach to recruitment, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational expectations.

• Prioritize ethics, responsibility, and ownership in daily tasks to positively impact the company and its goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on Engineering and/or Information Technology roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging metrics and data to drive recruitment decisions.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in applying a consultative approach to recruitment processes.
