Controller

We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who can manage budgets, analyze financial data, and provide strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in shaping the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and update financial records and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategies.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Lead the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
• Monitor cash flow and manage company investments to optimize financial performance.
• Train and mentor finance team members to enhance productivity and support their growth.
• Proven experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in the services industry is a plus.
