This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and process improvement within a leading company in the financial services industry.Responsibilities:• Partner with organizational leaders to align financial strategies with company-wide objectives.• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for accounting and facilities management functions.• Provide guidance on accounting practices while collaborating with leadership to achieve organizational goals.• Oversee the management of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and oversee the closing of financial books.• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to support operational efficiency.• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of financial data.• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all accounting and facilities processes and policies.• Lead the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and systems to improve accounting and facilities operations.
