The role involves leading all financial and accounting activities for the facility, providing strategic financial guidance to site and corporate leadership.
This role is a 100% onsite.
Responsibilities
- Lead all financial and accounting activities for the facility
- Provide strategic financial guidance to site and corporate leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and regulations
- Monitor key financial metrics and support initiatives that improve performance
- Manage transactional finance functions, including payables, receivables, and fixed asset
- Review cost structures, variances, and other financial analyses
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and recommendations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Required Skills
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment a must
- Proficiency in Hyperion (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Syspro
Pay range and compensation package
Salary range is from $170k-200k/yr.
