What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Team Lead position at Robert Half?
You are a multidisciplinary creative who brings ideas to life through powerful storytelling, high-quality production, and a deep understanding of audience psychology. You think like a strategist but create like a craftsperson, blending narrative, visuals, tone, and emotion into content that resonates, educates, and inspires trust.
You move fluidly between big-picture brand thinking and hands-on production. One moment you’re concepting a campaign theme or messaging framework; the next, you’re refining copy, shaping a narrative, polishing a presentation, or shooting a podcast with the research team because there was a giant market move. You take pride in creating content that is both beautiful and effective.
You see content as an experience. You understand how stories travel across channels, from website to video to social to email to advisor materials and how each touchpoint shapes the perception of the brand. You create with intention, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
You’re endlessly curious, always learning, and constantly seeking ways to elevate the craft. You explore new formats, experiment with creative approaches, and stay attuned to industry trends. You are comfortable navigating compliance while preserving creativity and you understand how to simplify complexity for audiences.
Most importantly, you are energized by making ideas tangible. You love building things, decks, guides, scripts, narratives, campaigns and you bring both creative excellence and production discipline to every project.
