CFO - Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Lynn, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee critical financial operations to ensure the organization's success. Responsibilities:
• Analyze and manage cash flow to ensure the organization maintains financial stability and liquidity.
• Develop and implement capital management strategies to optimize investment and funding opportunities.
• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Collaborate on the enhancement and utilization of business systems to improve financial operations.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to guide strategic planning.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and financial standards across all operations.
• Lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize resource efficiency.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Proven experience in cash flow analysis and financial planning.
• Expertise in capital management and investment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with business systems and their integration into financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and insightful financial reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
