Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to analyze business needs, document requirements, and propose effective solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring project success through thoughtful analysis and comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with IT leadership and other departmental stakeholders to understand project objectives and gather detailed requirements.
• Develop visual models, diagrams, and process maps to illustrate workflows and support project planning.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify underlying issues and evaluate potential solutions.
• Manage change processes by adapting requirements as project scopes evolve.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support project deliverables.
• Create comprehensive documentation for support teams to ensure smooth transitions post-project completion.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong ability to create visual models, process maps, and diagrams.
• Expertise in conducting root-cause analysis and presenting actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
• Skilled in preparing detailed documentation for both project and support purposes.
• Proficient in document review and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
