This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in maintaining accurate financial records.Responsibilities:• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing.• Perform account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, to maintain financial accuracy.• Maintain and update financial records using tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.• Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.• Handle month-end close activities, including preparing reports and reconciling accounts.• Input and manage financial data with precision to support accurate reporting.• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies as needed.• Monitor and manage cash flow to support business operations effectively.
