• Oversee all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely invoicing and payment reconciliation.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial statements align with account balances.
• Utilize QuickBooks to track and record financial data effectively.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Address any discrepancies or errors in financial documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Provide support during audits and assist in preparing necessary documentation.
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience in performing bank reconciliations with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with accounting regulations and best practices.
